We want to thank Mark for a wonderful stress free year renting our flat out with him.  We have been away travelling in S.E Asia and quite frankly, we would have had no confidence travelling beyond the M25 if we had carried on renting our place through two leading big estate agents in the area that we’ve had the misery of using in the past.  Please Google Lynne Faulds Wood/John Stapleton suing Estate Agents to illustrate what I’m getting at!

Mark puts the Landlord’s and Tenant’s needs on an equal footing and personally manages your property unlike other estate agencies who see your property as a monthly cash cow for their own financial gain.
