Working with Mark and his team to sell my flat was a unique experience compared with other estate agents, and I have been involved in property for 13 years to date. Mark was hugely honest about attainable prices from the offset, which were vindicated through what are turbulent times at the moment on the market. His attention to detail and persistence to keep all parties in a chain moving along was admirable. He was even pushing things and available to talk when on holiday (although I am not sure his family would see it with the same zeal!). This sale was a very drawn out affair, but Mark maintained the highest level of diligence throughout the process.
