In the time we have been dealing with Mark he has been very clear and efficient with his communication and you can tell he is working hard for both tenants and landlords to ensure both have a very positive experience. Having experienced large scale agencies as a tenant in recent years, the level of personal and professional service Mark provides has far exceeded our expectations, and is the way one would like all agencies to operate. Sadly for them this is not the case, however this is where having someone like Mark in this business shows what can be done if you do it right.
