Mark was extremely good at being in touch and answering our many questions, even during a period when he was called out of London on a family emergency. Mark helped considerably in making the house purchase as smooth as possible, dealing one by one with the various issues that inevitably arise during the house buying process. We particularly appreciated him meeting us for quite a number of visits to the flat as we measured it up for alterations and had tradesmen in to give us quotes.
