Mark was a pleasure to deal with at all times. He kept us informed daily of where we were with the paperwork and was excellent thinking on his feet when a problem in the lease was discovered. Working together, we managed to keep the deal on track. Without Mark’s diplomacy the purchase could have easily fallen through. I hope we can work with Mark again in the not too distant future.
