After many years having Mark managing my property with ease, good humour and reliability (finding three different sets of tenants during the Pandemic was a stellar achievement in itself), it was a no brainer to ask him to be the sole agent when the time came to sell.

Selling property is stressful enough and I knew he would guide me from beginning to end with direct honesty & without the slick spiel that would, from previous experience, have spewed from other larger agencies in the area !
