Once you have confirmed an offer with terms (if any) to Mark Hillier you will be requested to complete and return our lettings offer form prior to submitting the offer to the landlord. We will inform you, as soon as possible, once we have received further instructions from the landlord.
Subject to your offer being accepted by the landlord we will then request a holding deposit (1 weeks rent of the property) with Mark Hillier to show commitment.
Before the tenants can move into the property we will require the references to pass. At Mark Hillier we use a company called Vericheck to carry out the references.
